Elaine brings new ideas built on experience coming from her years on the Manlius Town Board and committed research on important issues of environment and fiscal policies. She listens to her constituents and hears their concerns. She will not be a rubber stamp on issues such as the Aquarium, but will be a vocal advocate for better infrastructure, better housing, and better mental health services.

It is not hard to see that a new voice is needed in our County Legislature, one that will listen to the 10th District constituents, and who will voice their concerns and opinions to the county to bring about transparency and accountability.
