Twin Ponds has an application before OCIDA seeking $8.6 million in property, sales and mortgage tax exemptions on the project to build 309 apartments. 31 of these apartments will rent at below-market rates at the new Twin Ponds complex. This is an opportunity to share your thoughts on this proposal.

The plan aims to improve efficiency for existing bus routes, propose new service lines, and discontinue low performing or unused routes. This plan was drafted almost entirely from public comment over the span of three years. That period is coming to an end this month. Public comments will no longer be accepted after April 30. Roll out of these changes are set to launch summer in 2027.
